How do I access my assessment results?
Use your Private Key to access your assessment results. We cannot recover your Private Key due to our zero-knowledge architecture. If you set up optional account recovery, you can restore access using your security answers and authenticator app.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, you can delete your data using the "Delete My Data" feature in-app, or contact us at privacy@rilev.com with your Report Reference Code. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to our strict anonymity protocols, all sales are final. We do not link payment identities to assessment accounts to ensure your privacy, which means we cannot verify ownership to process refunds. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do I share results with my therapist?
